What does good feedback look like for assistive technology training?

DSA needs assessors are highly skilled professionals who dedicate their time and effort into ensuring the correct package of support is put in place for disabled students entering Higher Education. As the success of the student can hinge on the quality of this support, it is vital that we measure its effectiveness. This can only be achieved by collecting feedback from those receiving the support.
