Upskilling Staff
e-Quality Learning works with HEIs and Assessment Centres to improve the knowledge and skills of staff members working with Assistive Technologies.
We provide initial training for new assessors, refresher sessions for assessors who are more long-standing, new product awareness and training sessions on Assistive Technology software and hardware provided by our manufacturer accredited trainers.
For disability practitioners who are study support workers, dyslexic tutors, mental health advisers, mentors and learning support advisers, e-Quality Learning provides staff with varying levels of training to enable colleagues to feel confident in being able to proactively encourage learners to use their Assistive Technology within the one-to-one sessions.
Sessions can be carried out on a one-to-one basis, either on-site, remotely or in groups and are an excellent way to upskill staff and add to their continuing professional development.
Supporting Business
e-Quality Learning helps to build disability-smart organisations to improve business performance by increasing confidence, accessibility, productivity and profitability.
Assistive Technology training from e-Quality Learning helps people to achieve more with the aid of technology, improving a person’s ability to complete a task; either faster, more accurately or where previously an individual's circumstances made it inherently complex.
Barriers to employability are reduced which improves productivity. Learners become more effective and efficient, enabling a reduction in overhead costs associated with hiring and training.
