Supporting ATW

e-Quality Learning works in partnership with leading disability practitioners and health and safety consultants to provide support to individuals at work through Assistive Technology training and Coping Strategy training. Support can be funded through the Access to Work (AtW) scheme. This is a government initiative operated by Jobcentre Plus to cover the financial cost of providing solutions to disabled employees that would fall outside the remit of the employer’s ‘reasonable adjustment’ commitments.

Access to Work can apply to any job: full-time, part-time, permanent or temporary, and is a grant to help disabled people do their job.

e-Quality Learning works with employers and employees to ensure that relevant training is given on their specialist software and hardware. Our trainers listen to the demands of the role and the needs the user has from the technology and tailors the training sessions to ensure that the time spent working with our trainers is useful.
