Importance of Feedback

The best people to judge the quality of our training are our Learners and we find out what they think by the feedback they leave. We get feedback at the end of every session and we provide the results of this feedback, uncensored to universities and assessment centres. To ensure feedback is honest, it's completed in private when the trainer has left and we believe it evidences the quality of our training.

Quality Assurance

For quality assurance, we employ Lynn Newport, an experienced training manager, who delivers regular staff training sessions to maintain the high standards we set. Lynn monitors trainer performance and checks the feedback left by our Learners on a daily basis, taking action where necessary to ensure every Learner is left fully satisfied.

Our Results

We think that our results speak for themselves. Out of 20,000 pieces of feedback left by our Learners:

"The assisted technology will be able to help me during my studies since I find it hard to read, write and speak as effectively as other people would do. This software will give me the confidence to speak up and start being confident with the work that is set of me for this year. I think that the Dragon Naturally Speaking software is a fantastic tool to enable those with Dyslexia a chance to get something on the page without having to plan immediately.

Talking through things does help and, by converting this speak into text, it reduces the work load that people with disabilities have in order to achieve maximum learning from their studies. I know I will benefit from using this software and would have struggled otherwise.

I had fantastic communication from E-Quality Learning with reminders the day before in an email and a text. There was a scheduling error which was quickly put right and it was nice to be informed with such ease through text.

I have yet to find any fault with this service - please keep this level of service up because it is wonderful to have such fantastic staff to work with. Very happy indeed!"
