Our Train the Trainer program ensures all of our trainers are AT experts. However they don’t just show Learners how their AT works; they enable them to use their AT to improve their study skills and complete actual tasks.

This is achieved by following our ethos of delivering tailored training. Each trainer takes the time to find out about their Learner’s individual needs and the methods by which they learn best. This makes sessions relevant and personalised, providing maximum benefits.

For quality assurance, we employ an experienced training manager who delivers regular staff training, monitors performance and checks Learner feedback daily, ensuring every Learner is left fully satisfied. Learn More

We want to make the training process smooth and accessible, so we invest heavily in our internal systems and employ a dedicated Learner Support Team who are always on hand to help Learners via phone, email or text.

Each Learner gets an online account where they can view their allocation, see current bookings, make new bookings, rearrange sessions and save appointments to their own calendar. This makes managing training easy and stress-free from the first session to the last.

We also offer choice so Learners get trained when and where they want and we communicate clearly, utilising a system that sends booking confirmations and reminders via email and text. Learn More

We think it’s important and beneficial to work closely with assessors, assessment centres and universities who are also supporting Learners and that’s why we built our online portal.  

The portal provides a central hub that contains individual and collective Learner information, including training progression and Learner feedback. This enables assessors, trainers and support workers to work together in a more joined up approach to better support the learner.

As an added extra, we have an area where we provide a range of useful videos, documents and news articles to keep you up-to-date and fully supported and hopefully make your job a little easier. Learn More
