Training Team Leader Sam McDougall

Sam McDougall began her career at e-Quality Learning as a training coordinator in 2015, working her way up to Team Leader. Sam is responsible for supporting and overseeing our team of Training Coordinators. Sam manages day-to-day operations, queries from SFE and assisting the Management Team when needed.

Training Coordinators

The role of our Training Coordinators is to help our learners get their training booked, so they can go on to achieve their goals. This involves calling the student, talking to them and supporting them. We understand that university life or career life can be stressful, particularly when faced with new software to learn, which is why all of our Training Coordinators are fun, friendly and are great listeners.

Our Training Coordinators will call the learner to confirm they have their software and laptops, which software our trainers will be training them on. We always discuss with the learner what their availability is and match them up with an appropriate trainer based on their software and needs. We then confirm with the learners the dates and times we have booked and how their training will be carried out. Any additional notes can also be added on the learner’s training record to ensure the whole team is aware of any personal preference of the learner.
